The e-Bullet design team has devoted its efforts to two important components, the wheel suspension and the gearing itself.<\/p>\n

The chassis and wheel suspension<\/h2>\n

The design work focused on the ideal tuning of the chassis and individual shock absorbers. During the tuning process, both the weight analysis of the car and the achievement of the desired chassis parameters were respected.<\/p>\n

Gearing<\/h2>\n

At the same time, we also concluded that for the needs of the project it would be better to use gears with cogwheels instead of the originally intended toothed belt. Finally, we have also developed a gearbox with a set of gears that will transmit the necessary power.<\/p>\n

Here, the focus was on these parameters (ease of manufacture, assembly and maintenance). In the next phases of the project, we will look at optimising the weight of these gearboxes.<\/p>\n
