The floor was constructed from DOCOL 800 high-strength sheet metal, the precise contours were achieved using a laser beam and a CNC bending machine ensured the shape accuracy of the folding.
The parts are ready to be welded into the body, here we have to pay attention to the exact technological procedure and sequence of the welding itself. In the first step, it is necessary to stack the sheets and then stab them according to the established sequence. Between each welding operation, the welder takes care of the thermal management of the system, i.e. he lets the components cool down before the next welding.
